eg mobile™ extends the use of eg work manager® to workers on the move to provide consistent work allocation and performance management across all teams and locations, enabling users to undertake their normal work activities at any time, wherever they are in the world, using a mobile device.

Users can update their status availability and attendance whilst on the move as easily as
they can on a desktop in eg work manager®. Tasks can be allocated by back office managers and received directly in the app on a mobile device, meaning work allocated and completed can be measured as normal. These tasks can be processed and worked even when the device is not connected, with all events synchronising when a connection is re-established.

The whole work management process has been enhanced in eg mobile™ to take advantage of features offered by mobile devices. For instance, users are able to capture and upload photographs, videos and audio clips via their mobile device. Media uploaded through eg mobile™ can be attached to a case and accessed by anyone working subsequent tasks on that case, with all supporting documentation stored in one place.

Location services enable managers to view the whereabouts of their team and visualise the day of a field-based worker, e.g. the locations they have visited and journeys they have taken. eg mobile™ provides the ability to manage customer demand in the connected world in any location or territory and on any device.
